Procedure for Submitting Architectural Requests:
Architectural Request Forms can be downloaded at the Association Website, or obtained at Tropical Isles Management or the Stoneybrook at Gateway Clubhouse.
2. Forms should be completed in its entirety with samples/drawings attached.
3. Requests should be sent to Tropical Isles Management via US Mail, faxed or scanned and emailed to Andrea@Tropicalisles.net.
4. Once received your request will be forwarded to the Stoneybrook Villas I Board of Directors for review and pre-approval/denial.
5. Once approved by the Villas I Board, your request will be forwarded to the Master Association Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
6. The Master Architectural Review Committee meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month to review submitted requests.
7. The Master ARC must receive the form at their office by the 1st Wednesday of each month so that it may be placed on that month’s meeting agenda. Requests received after the 1st Wednesday will be placed on the following month’s meeting agenda.
8. Please keep in mind the Stoneybrook Villas I Board of Directors must review all requests and sign off on them prior to it being sent to the Master for review. Please plan accordingly when considering an architectural modification to your home site as it may take 2-6 weeks for approval, depending on the date the form is submitted to the Stoneybrook Villas I Board.
